SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data held by the Data Controller is collected directly by the Data Subject.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your data, which is collected and stored by filling in this form, has your consent as its legal basis and is performed for the following purpose: staff recruitment.

DATA RECIPIENTS: Within the limitations of the stated processing purposes, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting firms, private companies and persons appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller. Your data will not be in any way subject to dissemination.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: the data collected is not subject to transfer to third countries outside the European Community.

RETENTION PERIOD: The data collected will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which it is processed (“retention limitation principle”, art.5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines set by law. Checks on the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is carried out periodically.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The Data Subject retains the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their own data, correct or cancel it, know the limitations on processing or be able to object to the processing itself, request data portability and revoke consent to processing by exercising these and other rights provided by the GDPR by sending a simple communication to the Data Controller. The Data Subject can also submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.

DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE: The personal data you have provided will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the confidentiality obligations which form the basis of the Data Controller’s business. The data will be processed both using computer tools and on paper, as well as on any other suitable type of support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to the GDPR.
